Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of retreat planning, venue commitments, accommodation bookings, instructor fees, and logistics, all retreat registrations are final.

Under no circumstances will refunds, cancellations, credits, transfers, rescheduling, or participant substitutions be permitted after registration and payment have been completed.
